CRYSTALS NEGATIVE /HPF NONE ! CASTS Result Below... NONE RESULT: MANY HYALINE CASTS /LPF What is this result? EPITHELIAL CELLS [A] 5-10 /HPF 0-5 is normal I guess

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Presence of epithelial cells 5-10 in High power field along with presence of RBCs show mild infection in your urine. This is significant if you have burning sensation during urination, frequent urination etc, then this urine report will suggest Urinary tract infection.
Otherwise this urine analysis report is normal
